New Milestone for Pàu<strong>!</strong>
Docket©, SAAS (Software-As-A-Service) is a Planning Tool for Medical Group Practice: Docket Medical.
Pàu reaches a new milestone in the use of Docket©! In the last 6 months, more than 1500 users became active in our SAAS solution. Meanwhile more than 70 group practices have started to use Docket©. This means that we are going to launch new functionalities in Docket© with great confidence.
Colleague An Bogaert is doing an excellent job. As a business developer in Healthcare and Life sciences, she is the driving force within Pàu to find solutions for practice managers.
At the core of any successfully organized medical practice is the planning process of healthcare staff. Especially, during these challenging times, when a lot of practices are bracing for upcoming surges, practice managers and planners are looking for ideal staffing levels. During the pandemic, we saw that the sector came under more and more pressure. The efficient use of scarce resources is a challenge in times of crisis. Optimization of diary management and personnel planning were implemented more quickly with Docket©

Docket© is a handy tool to efficiently carry out team planning in a group practice. Recently we published two articles in 'Medisch Ondernemen' and 'Dag van de Praktijkmanager' in which colleague An and Peter (customer success manager at Pàu) zoom in on Docket:
Pàu started the development in 2019 of Docket as a SAAS Planning Tool specifically for the medical sector (PC330*). To build Docket© we raised a budget of over 250,000.- Euros through KBC Bolero. Given the complexity of the tool and the acceleration, we want to make and bring a stable SAAS solution to the market during this pandemic, that is why we needed this additional funding.
Docket© is multilingual and our medical group practices are located in Flanders, the Netherlands, Wallonia, and soon in France.
