Green Masters is a subsidiary of the Multi Masters group. The group has a range of companies, including Cleaning, Tech, Maintenance, Green and Mobility Masters, each with their own specialty in the field of Cleaning, Facility, Tech, or HR. Multi Masters, headquartered in Belgium, employs over 4000 permanent staff. Thanks to their professional organization, they can offer a wide range of services, always with a customized approach. The Multi Masters Group is a renowned and versatile company offering multiple services in a number of locations in Belgium. The Multi Masters Group is part of the Samsic Group, a European leader in the field of services.
The Case
Pàu’s team worked on a successful digitization project for Multi Masters Group that was all about quality, sustainability, and safety on the work floor.
Green Masters launched a new application earlier this year that lends efficiency and productivity to their maintenance teams. This application will save time, and will also bring clarity in planning and tasks.

Every day, 18 Green Masters work in the maintenance of green spaces and parking lots, sustainable green space management, biodiversity, and winter services. The planning for the various shifts is often complex and tricky to understand. For Green Masters, it is of crucial importance that the maintenance teams can execute their tasks as smoothly as possible and also that they can communicate the services delivered to the internal departments to be processed correctly.
Through an intensive discovery workshop with the Green Masters project team and our UX experts, we defined the strategy and vision, visualized the challenges, and prioritized the actions to be taken.
We then went to work straight away to research user habits and pick out the difficulties, both internal and external. The task flow was flipped around to be more user-centric rather than based on existing processes.
The Conclusion
We met Green Masters’ expectations by implementing the usage of digital in new work processes. Right from the start, the amount of repetitive admin work was slashed. With the app, we handed over more autonomy to the end-user, thereby working in a more customer-oriented way. The ROI was achieved by saving time in planning, administration, and generating quotes both for the admin and sales team. Through insight and analysis, Green Masters now guarantees more flexibility and direct follow-up of the quality of the work delivered.
